The "All Party Notice" to which he refers is one we put out before each Recess saying that Missions abroad will do their best to offer any help to Members of Parliament within the limits of Missions' reduced resources and, where appropriate, can suggest suitable contacts in the areas Members are visiting.

3. I understand from Lord Lloyd that a Mr Vandervelt (?) Member of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association knows of his visit. Perhaps you could kindly liaise with him concerning any appointments that he may be making for Lord Lloyd in the field of energy, patents and trade marks. gather he has also asked to see the Attorney General as well as his appointment with Sir Denys.

Lord Lloyd also mentioned that he would like to pay a courtesy call on the Governor. I said I would pass on the request but that as the Governor always had a very full programme could not promise anything.
5. Lord Lloyd is anxious that this business holiday should be enjoyable for his wife, so if there is any way you can help over this I am sure he would be most grateful. If you have
any VIPs for the Tin Hau, for example, perhaps they could be slotted in?
6. If I don't hear from you before their departure on 18 April, may I take it that you will make contact with them at the Hilton Hotel?
