VISIT OF LORD JUSTICE DONALDSON TO HONG KONG:
OCTOBER 1981
1. Lord Justice Donaldson has been invited to present a paper at an International Arbitration Conference to be held in Hong Kong in October. The conference is being arranged by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of which he is President.

As you may know, Lord Justice Donaldson is an expert on commercial law and on international commercial arbitration. He has, therefore, asked whether there are any special points which he ought to be aware of in advance of his visit, and also whether his visit might be made
I should be useful for purposes of promoting UK/Hong Kong trade. grateful to know, therefore, whether you feel there is anything which we might usefully bring to Lord Justice Donaldson's attention in advance
