6 lots were disposed of totalling 18207 m2 in all; of these, 2 sites were for residential purposes, 2 for industrial, 1 for commercial/ residential and 1 for M/S car park

5 sites totalling 21.5718 hectares in all are scheduled to be disposed of by cash tender. Of these, 2 sites are used for NDQ Joint Venture, 1 for a hospital, 1 for a fishpond and 1 for a dangerous goods godown. Their locations are 2 in Sha Tin, 1 in Islands, 1 in Yuen Long and 1 in Tuen Mun.
