Purpose
To make the necessary consequential amendments to the Termination of Pregnancy Regulations resulting from the enactment of The Offences Against the Person (Amendment) Ordinance 1981.
o review the existing legislation relating to dispensing, the employ- ment of pharmacists, and the need for training facilities.
Second draft of the Regulations and draft Executive Council Memorandum being circulated for comments.
The Working Party under the Chairman- ship of the Hon. Alex S.C. Wu, OBE, JP, has held seven meetings.
