original report has been completed and issued as an advice paper; no significant changes are proposed. The new Director of Legal Aid intends to review his organisation and submit proposals during Oct.
(b) Labour Dept. - Report issued to
Commissioner and all relevant Secretariat Branches. Recommend- ations agreed and implementation has commenced. Proposal to review organisation in one year accepted.
