f) Arrangements have been made to close Kai Tai East Camp by the end of 1981. Transfer of refugees started on 1.10.81. The site will be held in reserve until it is required for public development. Ma Tau Wai Camp was temporary closed on 25.9.81 and held in reserve pending return for public development.
