To ensure that the terms and conditions of the takeover by the three Australian companies (David Syme & Company, Henry Jones (IXL) Ltd. and Conzinc Rio Tinto Australia Ltd.) are complied with.

A New General Manager has been appointed and the TVA has been duly informed.
