A draft memorandum on extended sickness, injuryTo finalise proposals and death benefits for consideration of SWAC and Labour Advisory Board (LAB) prepared and circulated for comments.
(a) The proposal to improve basic Public
Assistance rates is being considered with a view to drafting an ExCo paper.
(b) A draft ExCo paper on the proposal to
improve the maximum level of rent allowance for Public Assistance recipients has been prepared and circulated to concerned departments for comments.
for submission to
ExCo after the advice of SWAC and LAB have been sought.
To consult concerned Departments on the ExCo paper.
To submit the finalised proposal to ExCo.
