An invitation to tender on the basis of Letter 'B' land exchange entitlements for a Private Sector Participation Scheme to produce approx. 2,200 flats in Tuen Mun Area 28B was unsuccessful.

To finalise the report and submit it to the Governor-in-Council.

To re-tender the Tuen Mun 28B site on a cash basis. To identify further sites with a view to meeting the target of 5,000 flats by February 1983.
