Progress Made & Present Position
All 131 operators had agreed to pay the rent and to clear their arrears by instalments.
The Hong Kong Housing Society has accepted the invitation to undertake construction and management of a small estate at Tui Min Hoi, Sai Kung.
Tenders received för development of the first 2,200 flats at Tuen Mun Area 283.
Next Quarter Target.
To collect the rent arrears from the operators.
To monitor and co- ordinate progress in
the implementation of the Sai Kung project.
(a) To convene tender board to consider tenders received.
(b) To arrange for the
site at Chai Wan
Hill to be developed
and to identify further sites.
