(No.2) Bill 1981 and ExCo. paper circulated. Proposals are to consolidate existing legislation under the Summary Offences Ordinance; to make marine littering a specific offence; to extend liability to owner/master/occupier of the vessel or premises from which the offence was committed; and to raise the penalty for this offence.
Next Quarter Targets
