To implement the recommen- dations in the Wiggham's Report on Community Information.
(a) Implementation of Mr.
Wiggham's recommen- dations has progressed smoothly. Details are given in Part II and III. In the light of experience obtained so far, a review of the functions of CIU has been carried out and a report should be ready by early May. It will include a review of the division of responsi- bilities between HAB and HAD.
