Born 1941 and educated in Hong Kong and London and qualified as an engineer.
Managing Director of Cheong's Textile Co. Ltd. and Lee Wah Weaving Factory Ltd. and other directorships.
Has been a member of the Community Relations Committee of ICAC and the Clothing Industrial Training Committee.
Currently a member of the Textiles Advisory Board, Aviation Advisory Board, Export Credit Insurance Board, Town Planning Board and Rice Advisory Committee.
A bright representative of the second generation textile men. He has only recently joined Legislative Council but has considerable experience of committee work and government business through various textile committees where he has shown a considerable knowledge of the industry.
