on a piece of paper, especially with inexperienced DS people coming in. However it was felt the questionnaire would be used intelligently, and indeed DS posts have this kind of thing, especially handing-over notes. The questionnaire could start as

68. The paper was noted for information. Russell and Godden did not like the confusion of Col. Regs. and local regulations and thought the former should be scrapped. Mr Dale thought that revision was easy to do oneself, deleting
