1. Mr Nigel Forman MP is dus to give a talk on decolonisation. Mr Forman has already been provided with background briefing material provided by FCO departments. Nr Forman recently called on this department and the attached minute shows the information he still requires.
2. I would be most grateful if you could supply the information requested in paragraph 2(b).
3. I would appreciate it if you could let me have your reply by close of play on Monday 23 March. I apologoise for this very short notice but the information must reach Mr Forman at the House of Commons early on Tuesday 24 March.
