countries on the economic side.

In other words, it is my hope that we can make positive progress while in London to fulfil the long- standing ambitions of the Belizean people and to satisfy the responsibility of the United Kingdom to complete the process of decolonisation.

We have come to work for the greater good of our people and are willing to commit all our time and effort to this purpose.
