The proposed changes are as follows:
Change Para 3 to read:

You will receive the normal allowances applicable to members of the Diplomatic Service serving overseas. Normal DS leave rates will apply though as an officer seconded to the Hong Kong Government you will receive fare-paid leave passages on an annual basis. know,... etc'.
