Administrative matters should not be raised with the British Trade Commission in Hong Kong who will be responsible only for matters relating to your membership of the Diplomatic Service, ie annual leave returns, family certificates, boarding school returns and, if necessary, for the encashment of sterling cheques and the refund of medical and dental expenses (see paragraph 5 above).
