Mr Hall and I have reworked the draft to incorporate comments where possible and recent developments. I have cleared paragraph
15 with PPD.
2.
There is one point on which I should welcome clarification; Mr Lloyd (his letter at folio 13A) proposed a subdivision of staff requirements into 3 categories; you minuted that this was un- workable and complicated. But I seem to recall that we agreed with him to separate the specialist posts from the rest in paragraph 8 of the paper and alter the total accordingly. Is this correct? I have left all the figures elsewhere unamended.
3. Do we maintain the Deputy Governor posts in paragraph 8 flexibly graded at 4/5 despite developments in Bermuda?
