1. I refer to my minute of 27 November asking whether POD was yet in a position to proceed with the arrangements recommended as a result of the Home Inspectors' inspection of POD.
2. Matters have not advanced since then and HKGD itself will be inspected as from 9 February. Can I please have your comments so that these can be shown to the Home Inspector if it is now POD's view that the transfer should not take place.
