It seems that we have now sorted out the new arrangements whereby Heads of Mission Section handle arrangements for Governors-designate on the same basis as Ambassadors-designate.
2. Would you be kind enough to glance at the attached draft checklist of action to see that all is in order. We would inform the Governor-designate in his official appointment letter that briefing etc. arrangements are being handled by POD. I hope that this would be satisfactory.
