2. The next appointments in which you will be concerned will be the Governors of the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands. Announcements should be made around April and May this year respectively, although obviously this could slip. I am a little puzzled about your paragraph 6: Mr Dale went to Montserrat in April 1980, and he is not mentioned in my minute of 5 September to Miss Taylor.
