Mr T Russell, Governor, Cayman Islands, has drafted a compre- hensive 'Self-Inspection Questionnaire'. It has been circulated to all OAG's under cover of Mr Morrice's letter of 28 November 1980. (AND A COPY IS ATTACHED

The Inspectorate doubts whether the draft questionnaire contains much that would be of relevance to Inspectors.
