The Governor has asked me to thank you for your letter of 12 May with which you sent him a copy of the revised self-inspection questionnaire for the Governor of a colony. He noticed that the revisions you have incorporated seem to take little or no account of the suggestions put forward in my minute of 30 December 1980, a copy of which he took with him to the Bridgetown Conference. In case this is still of any value, I attach a copy now.
