1. Under cover of his letter of 12 May 1981, Philip Morrice forwarded a revised Self Inspection Questionnaire incorporating the various comments which had been received from territories.
2. The revision did not include suggestions from Belize which
I therefore now have recently been brought to my attention. enclose various additional questions for inclusion in the questionnaire.
