Recruitment of AOs by CSSB
It has now been agreed to use the CSSB for 1982 recruitment on a
trial basis.
The reports by Mr MacLeod (attached) covered his discussions with
the CSC. One point on which further discussions with Hong Kong are
necessary concerns the Language Aptitude Test (FCO Telegram No 351 and
Hong Kong Telegram No 427).
