1. I attach three draft telegrafitming up arrangements for Anguilla, the Caymans and TCI. I have discussed these with Mr Deare, who is content.

2. Mr Deare spoke to Mr Russell yesterday about the Caymans' arrangements, at the same time as he was telephoning him about another subject. Mr Russell is content that I should go to Grand Cayman on the dates originally proposed.
3. As for Anguilla, I am not anxious to impose myself on Mr Godden if he is going to be busy, hence the suggestion of the Montserrat alternative, but I can discuss this with
Mr Godden and Mr Dale when I see them in Barbados. It should make no difference to the overall cost of the trip if I sub-. stitute Montserrat for Anguilla.

In view of Mr Godden's letter, the telegram to Anguilla should perhaps be in cypher.
