SM 4/5/1
11th September 1980
Dear Sir,
I am directed by His Excellency the Governor to reply to your letter of 8th July 1980.
Your concern over the relationship between the Government and its employees is much appreciated, and your suggestion for an Arbitration Board has been noted.
I would suggest that any further issues which the Health Inspectors may wish to raise be dealt with through the normal channels. In this respect, I am aware that the Public Health Inspectors Association is continuing its dialogue with both the Director of Urban Services and staff of the Civil service Branch. I am sure that it is in the best interests of all concerned to have out- standing issues resolved in this manner and I hope that they will achieve fruitful results.
Yours faithfully,
