I am concerned about the contents of the enclosed literature which I have received from Hong Kong Social Workers General Union...
I would like to know whether any representations have been made by your Department to the Government of Hong Kong about the organisation's Social Services in the Colony, and in particular whether there has been any discussion with the Hong Kong Government about the position of Social Workers employed in the Voluntary Sector.
