During our meeting on 25th February I
See
mentioned that Peter Graham, Senior Crown Counsel, who prepared the opinion on the validity issue, would be coming to London in connection with another legal case. I can confirm that he will be there between 15th and 28th March and will contact you for a discussion before he goes on to discuss the legal aspects of Hong Kong's case with Tony Rushford.
Perhaps you would kindly forewarn Rushford of this and say that Graham is prepared to devote two to three days for discussion and research if necessary. Much will depend, of course, on the out- come of the dispensers' case which was heard on 28th and 29th February; judgement is not expected for a week or two and, at this stage, we really have no idea how it will go. I have the impression from our lawyers that all is not well!
