Conversion Arrangements
19.
The introduction of an I.C.A.C. Pay Scale will involve special conversion arrangements for departmental grade staff. If our recommendations are accepted appropriate conversion tables should be prepared having regard to our objective that pay levels should broadly correspond with those of Police Officers of comparable rank and seniority.
