Course Contents
The training programme is focussed on the main areas of work in the department in which the Social Work Assistants and Senior Social Work Assistants are engaged. Training time is allocated to the various areas as follows:-

Evaluation
In order to ensure maximum benefits to the trainees & trainers out of this training programme, the following forms of evaluation are employed:
(a) Weekly Evaluation
The course participants and course instructors hold evaluation sessions to discuss all matters related to the progress of the course at the end of each training week.
(b) Trainee's Evaluation
Each course participant writes an evaluation report on the course and his/her own performance at the end of the course.
(c) Supervisor's Evaluation
The supervisor of each participant writes an evaluation report on the latter in relation to the training programme at the end of the course.
(a) Training Officer's Evaluation on Farticipants
The course instructor writes an evaluation report on each participant at the end of the course.
(e) Training Officer's Evaluation on the Course
The course instructors compile an evaluation report on the course at the end of the training programe.
