1. When I was in Hong Kong we discussed your letter of 5 February (CSBCR L/M (4)). You said you were having another look at the matter, having in mind a possible extension of your ideas to cover others besides corruption cases. Have you been able to do this? (The subject is of course allied to that of the validity of CRB to cover dismissal, which Peter Graham covered in a dis- cussion with Tony Rushford, our Legal Adviser, last month,)
