Clause 6 extends the time limit for a prosecution
for a summary offence under section 13B ("False reports to
officers") and section 13C ("Falsely pretending to be an
officer, etc.)..

Clause 7 create a new section 17A which
establishes a Welfare Fund for the Independent Commission
Against Corruption.

Clause 8 makes minor amendments to the
Independent Commission Against Corruption (Treatment
of Detained Persons) Order.
