Ordinance;"; and
(iii) by deleting paragraphs (f) and (g) and
substituting the following
"(£) the offence of conspiracy to
defraud and the offence of conspiracy
to commit any of the offences referred
to in paragraph (a), (aa), (b), (c),
(a), (dd) or (e);
(g)
an attempt to commit any offence
referred to in paragraph (a), (aa),
(b), (c), (d), (da) or (e) or the
offence of aiding, abetting,
counselling or procuring any offence
so referred to.".
Section 10A of the principal Ordinance is
(a) by deleting "an assistant director of the
Commission" wherever those words occur and
substituting in each place the following
