In the best interest of British nation, I respectfully beg you to censure and impeach Lord Goronwy Roberts for his illegal and unethical conduct and behavicur during his tenure as the Crown Minister of State and also as a defendant during the time of court action on the following grounds:

(1)In 1978, hiding behind the dignity of British Government, Lord Goronwy Roberts has been caught of illegally and maliciously telling a lie in deliberate falsification of a claim and allegation of the plaintiff in self-incrimination of a crime which is non- existing to malign the good reputation of plaintiff to cover up the scandal of a hongkong magistrate.

(2) In 1978, hiding behind the dignity of British Government, Lord Goronwy Roberts has been caught red-handed of illegally and maliciously writing a lie letter with his own hand in deliberate falsification of a claim and allegation of the plaintiff in self- ncrimination of a crime which is non-existing to malign the good reputation of plaintiff to cover up the essence of the truth of the plaintiff complaint about the black-rail, extortion, bribery,
onspiracy and Hongkong Government record fraud perpetrated by a corrupt Hongkong magistrate in conspiracy with a bus company
inspector. Coronwy has acted dishonorably against Commonwealth letter.
(3) Lord Goronwy Roberts has been caught red-handed by Mr. Christopher Price M.P. in secretly writing a glaringly "le letter" of
prima facie case of criminal libel which, thanks to Mr. Christopher Price, has been forwarded to Pla.ntiff for action of record fraud.
4)After careful scrutiny of the "lie letter" of record fraud, a Wr.; 0 Summons has been issued by a judge of high reputation of toyal Courts of Justice. Goronwy has no moral courage to accept the challenge.
(5) Lord Goronwy Roberts begged Plaintiff to withdraw the Writ of Summons by offering to write a letter of apology to Mr. Christopher Price .P. but defendant has not the John Profumo's courage to make ar. apology. r. Price has never received such an apolo.

(6)Finally Lord Gorenwy Roberts pretended to give his consent. enter the appearance to the Writ of Summons by asking plaintiff to send a Statement of Claims in exchange for his Statement of Defence. But Goronwy Roberts has no defense to answer the charges. (7) The only tactics remain for the desperate Goronwy Roberts to manoeuvre is to use nepotism, favoritism and fraud to abuse Roya Courts by organizing a group of law-violators to perpetrate one governmer record fraud after another government record fraud in succession on massive scale in crder to corroborate his own"lie letter" of record fraud.
(8) The notorious O'Riordan "lie letter" of government record fr has been caught by plaintiff and has been disavowed by O'Riordan himself.
(9)Goronwy Roberts is just like a coward prize-fighter, after the first round, knowing that he is going to lose, running away, hiding on. the back of the referee and begging the referee to declare him the winn
Since the disgraceful conduct of Goronwy Roberts has definitely stituted a sericus stigma to the good image of the Parliament I hav: no choice but to request you to censure and impeach Goronwy Roberts.
