This Order enables certain claims relating to property in the People's Republic of China owned by United Kingdom nationals or relating to debts owed or pensions payable by persons resident in the People's Republic of China to United Kingdom nationals to be registered with, and reported upon by, the Foreign Compensation
Commission.
