HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Caller dials in.
2. The call comes through our High-Status Telephone
Answering Service switchboard.
3. Our bi-lingual operator answers
in English or Chinese and announces your number. Should the caller wish to speak to you, he or she is put on hold while the operator contacts you direct.
4. You then have the choice to:
(a) Accept the call. (The operator connects you
immediately)
(b) Screen the call. (The operator takes a message) If you are unavailable, our operator will take a message, and relay any given. (Your option). You are free to call the operator at ANY TIME to get your messages.
100% SECURITY
Each subscriber has a secret CODE NUMBER which he/she announces when calling for messages. No messages are given without this secret code number.

NOTE: This system can also be worked in conjunction with a beeper system, so we can contact you immediately.
