We refer to our letter of 21st August and your acknowledgement the following day.
We are now in a position to write to you with a copy of letter we have received from the beneficial shareholders of Wainfleet Enterprises Ltd., which is the letter we referred to in our letter of 21st August but had not received by the time we wrote to you.

We also enclose a copy of a letter written to Mr. Baron by Simon Murray in relation to another business Mr. Baron hopes to commence in Hong Kong in relation to a High Status Telephone Answering Service. We also enclose a copy of the recent mailing, which Mr. Baron despatched to about 650 people to guage their interest in such a service. We have been informed that Mr. Baron received a response from 28 persons, i.e. over 4%, who indicated they would be interested in such a service.
We are further instructed that Mr. Baron has obtained necessary financial backing to commence such a service in Hong Kong and one of these backers is Simon Murray as Mr. Murray's letter indicates. We think this provides further evidence that Mr. Baron will be in employment in Hong Kong and will be able to support himself should he be granted a class A visa.
