We are guilty As a result of our investigations we know that we received the telegram, but from that point we have no trace of it and can only assume that it was placed in the wrong tray, filed and subsequently destroyed. We do not offer any excuse, only our sincere apologies for the embarrassement and inconvenience caused.
3. We will certainly do our utmost to prevent a recurrence.
