Made by the Governor in Council under section 6
Citation.
1.
This order may be cited as the Official
Languages (Immigration Tribunal) Order 1980.
Amendment of Schedule to
Cap. 5.

The Schedule to the Official Languages
Ordinance is amended by inserting after item 6 the
following
P
"17.
Any Immigration Tribunal.".

Explanatory Note
This order empowers the use of either the
Chinese language or the English language in the
Immigration Tribunal, as the Tribunal thinks fit.
