Reason for Refused Landing
Subject claimed that he was in transit to Thailand. Upon enquiry, he was suspected of unapproved residence in HK, and was detained at Sheung Shui Police Station pending removal.
Two subjects intended to transit to Chile and the others to Thailand. But all of them were suspected of seeking unapproved residence in HK and detained at Sheung Shui Police Station pending necessary arrangement for removal.
Both of them claimed that they intended to transi to Thailand. Upon enquiry, they were suspected of seeking unapproved residence in HK and escort- ed to Airport for departure.
a) Without onward entry for USA they
failed
to produce documents which guarantee their entry into USA. They were removed to China. b) Four claimed that they were in transit to
Thailand. But they were suspected of seeking unapproved residence in HK and detained at Sheung Shui Police Station pending removal. c) Three claimed that they entered to transit to Guyana. Upon enquiry, they were suspected of seeking unapproved residence in HK and detain- ed at Sheung Shui Police Station pending removal.
a) Subject claimed that he was in transit to
Madagascar. Upon enquiry, he was suspected of seeking unapproved residence in HK and detain- ed at Sheung Shui Police Station pending for removal.
b) Four intended to transit to Thailand. But
they were suspected of seeking unapproved residence in HK. They were escorted to Airport for their departure.
