"identity card" includes a document
issued by the Commissioner of
a
Registration acknowledging that the
holder has applied
G.F. 316
(Cap. 177.)
(a) to be registered under the
Registration of Persons Ordinance;
or
(Cap. 177 sub. leg.)
(b)
for a new card under regulation
13 of the Registration of Persons
Regulations (relating to lost,
destroyed and damaged cards);
(Cap. 232.)
"police warrant card" means a warrant card
issued under the Police Force Ordinance;
"record of employees" means a record
required to be kept under section 17K.
(2) For the purposes of this Part, a
person is to be regarded as lawfully
employable only if
(a) he is the holder of an identity
card; or
(Cap. 177.)
(b) he is not required to be
registered under the Registration
of Persons Ordinance and is the
