Short title and

ment.
1. (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the
Immigration (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1980.
Amendment of
section 2. (Cap. 115.)

(2) Sections 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of this Ordinance
shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by
the Governor by notice in the Gazette and notices under
this subsection may appoint different dates for
different provisions.
2.
Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is
amended
(a) by inserting before the definition of "alien"
the following definition
""adjudicator" means an adjudicator
appointed under section 53C;";
(b) by inserting after the definition of "Chinese
resident the following definition
