A 1. I attach the latest version of the White Paper being
presented to the Home Affairs Committee on 18 June, together with briefing material, Essential Facts and Points to Make. Mr Luce's Private Secretary has requested that this reaches
him by mid-day on Tuesday 17 June.
2. There are several minor amendments agreed with or suggested to the Home Office but not included in this version of the White Paper but none which needs concern
