7.8 Resumption of citizenship

7.81

Provisions for the resumption of citizenship of the United Kingdon and Colonies in certain circumstances are at present contained in section 1 of the 1964 Act. Resumption is an entitlement if the person concerned has a "qualifying connection" with the United Kingdom and Colonies or a Protected State.

7.83 The present meaning of "qualifying connection" is set out
