District Hospitals such as Yuen Long Pok Oi Hospital, Tsuen Wan Yan Tze Hospital and Fan Ling Hospital can hardly meet the needs of the three districts because of the small range of services with few doctors and beds and the poor facilities of each of the hospitals. As for other districts, especially those in the remote places, there is a want of clinics, and even mobile medical services are inadequate.
