(b) the majority recommendation that women
over 40 should be enabled to obtain abortion on demand should not be adopted;
(c) subject to the foregoing, a draft bill to
amend the law in relation to abortion should be prepared and introduced into the Legislative Council;
(d)
a modified version of the Report should be prepared for public information only when considered necessary, possibly in conjunction with any draft bill or the prior consultations thereon,
(The Secretary for Social Services (Mr E. P. HO) will attend before the Council for the discussion of this item).
