Animals.

6.. A manager, or any member of the staff

authorized by him in that behalf, may at any time

enter and inspect any part of a civic centre the

exclusive use of which is granted under section 1050

of the Ordinance.

7.

Except with the permission of a manager, no

person shall introduce any animal, bird or fish into a

civic centre.

Smoking or

use of

naked light.c

8. Except with the consent of a manager, no

person shall smoke or make use of any naked light in

any part of a civic centre in which smoking or the

use of naked lights is prohibited.

Consumption

of food or drink.

9.

Except with the consent of a manager, no

person shall take or consume any food or drink within

a civic centre otherwise than in any part thereof set

apart for such purpose.
