PUBLIC SWIMMING POOLS (NEW TERRITORIES) (AMENDMENT)
REGULATIONS 1980
Made by the Governor in Council under section 42
Citation and
commencement.
1. These regulations may be cited as the Public
Swimming Pools (New Territories) (Amendment) Regulations
1980 and shall come into operation on 16 June 1980.
Amendment
of
regulation
10.

amended
(a)
Regulation 10 of the principal regulations is
in paragraph (1)(a) by deleting "$1.20"
and substituting the following
"$2.00"; and
(b) in paragraph (1)(b) by deleting "80 cents"
and substituting the following
-
"$1.00".
Amendment of regulation
11.
3. Regulation 11 of the principal regulations is
amended
(a) by deleting "$15" and substituting the
following
"$25"; and
